Temporarily closed for in-person sessions - covid restrictions
While Seven Jewels Therapies was closed in spring/summer 2020, I completed a COVID-19 awareness course and made some changes to protect client wellbeing. I am currently closed under the national lockdown but will revert to the below practices and follow any new guidelines once I can reopen.
Before you come for your appointment, I'll check I'm feeling well and will ask you some questions specifically about COVID-19. When you arrive, we'll check you in for the Test and Trace scheme and we'll practise social distancing apart from during the treatment itself. In line with guidance, the treatment time will be restricted to one hour.
I'll be disinfecting the therapy couch after each client, along with door handles and other "high touch" areas. All towels and other linens will be washed at 60 degrees.
I'll have hand sanitiser available when you arrive. I'll wash my hands before and after each treatment.
The Government has advised all those who provide "close contact" services to wear a face shield and a mask as well, so I comply with these requirements. From 8 August clients will be required to wear a mask. If you have a condition that makes this challenging, please discuss this with me. Please bring your own mask.
I'm set up to receive payment by credit and debit card, and by Apple Pay.
To minimise the risk of infection, I will only be providing still or sparkling water in a sealed bottle. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments if you prefer.
