Reiki is for you and for everyone! Reiki is inclusive by nature - it is gentle so is generally suitable for anyone, and is not aligned to any religion. As it is based on the concept of the body having the ability to heal, it empowers clients to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
I am a fully qualified and insured Reiki practitioner serving the community in Crawley, Horsham and surrounding areas in West Sussex/Surrey and working with organisations in those areas and in the City of London to deliver Reiki as part of wellbeing programmes. I'm a CNHC and FHT registrant. This means I have completed approved training and abide by a strict code of professional conduct. I'm also a member of the UK Reiki Federation. I spent 13 years working in human resources in professional services in the City of London before moving into holistic therapy and am particularly experienced in helping people to manage stress, whether they are experiencing challenges at work, at home or with their health.

Did you know that anyone can claim to be a complementary therapist as the industry is unregulated in the UK? The good news is that there is a voluntary registration system for those who want to Stand Up for Standards in their chosen therapy.
The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) is a regulator for complementary therapists and exists solely to protect the public. The Federation of Holistic Therapists is a professional association. The CNHC and the FHT each hold a Register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, an independent body accountable to Parliament. All CNHC and FHT registrants have voluntarily chosen to register, and must have met national standards of competence, hold appropriate insurance and adhere to a professional code of conduct.
By choosing to work with me as a CNHC and FHT registrant for Reiki, you can be confident that I have completed a programme of approved training and I will put your needs as a client first. You can check I'm on these registers by visiting www.cnhc.org.uk and www.fht.org.uk
My training was with Brighton Holistics and took place over 18 months. It included a Level 3 Qualification in Anatomy and Physiology, 75 documented treatments (case studies), COVID-19 awareness, background research on the therapy, client care and professional practice, and mini courses on nutrition, equality and diversity, stress, mental health and health and safety.
