· Bookings must be made in advance either online or via email or text.   24 hours’ notice is preferred for Reiki appointments; however, sometimes appointments for Reiki ONLY are available at shorter notice, so please do contact me directly to enquire if you require an appointment for Reiki only with less than 24 hours’ notice.  48 hours' notice is required for Menopause Wellness Sessions so that full preparation can be made for your session.

· A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking for a 2 hour Menopause Wellness Session with Reiki.  In the event that you don't attend your appointment or are more than fifteen minutes late and your appointment has to be cancelled, this deposit is non-refundable.

· For other face to face appointments, payment will be taken at the end of the session. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment and there will be no cancellation fee. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If you miss more than one appointment without giving 24 hours’ notice, future bookings will require payment in advance.

· For Zoom or telephone appointments, payment is requested in advance. If you give less than 2 hours’ notice of non-attendance, or do not arrive for your appointment, no refund will be given. 

· Late arrivals will incorporate a time adjustment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, the appointment will automatically be cancelled due to insufficient time to carry out the session. Payment of 50% of the session rate will be expected in full before another appointment can be made or if pre-paid no refund will be given.

· If a payment is outstanding at any point, prior or post treatment, no further appointments can be taken until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.

· Please do not book on behalf of someone else without informing me as it is important I am aware of who is attending in terms of preparation.

· There are be no guarantees made with any therapy, therefore the therapist is not responsible for the outcome and no refunds given.

· If you have a gift voucher, please mention this when booking. If you miss your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, the above terms will apply and your voucher will become void.
